The thesis is devoted to the research of category of the administrative procedural legal subjectivity, its concept, maintenance, significance and place in the administrative proceedings of Ukraine. A number of scientific approaches to define the concept of administrative procedural legal subjectivity notion is analyzed. Its legal nature is researched author's own views according to its formation are expressed. The author determines the stated category as an aggregate of legal subjectily. The features of realization of the administrative procedural legal subjectivity are researched, which provided to sides and others persons, taking parts in administrative proceedings.
