Essay

The thesis deals with the study of peculiarities of hemodynamics and metabolic parameters in the couse of treatment by amlodipine S-isomer, lisinopril and pioglitazone in patients with essential hypertension (EH) and associated with diabetes mellitus (DM) of type 2. Administration of S-amlodipine and its combination with lisinopril in hypertensive patients, besides effective drop of blood pressure, reduced index of the left ventricular mass (with a prolonged use), decreases LPO, improves AOP and the state of hemostasis and proteolysis systems by the lysis of low molecular weight proteins, characterized by a low frequency of edema occurrence. In the presence of DM of type 2 introduction of metformin or pioglitazone in the basic therapy improves carbon metabolism and reduces IR, has a positive effect on lipid metabolism and reduces LPO, increases AOP, improves hemostasis, reduces proteolytic activity of the blood by lysis of low and high molecular weight proteins and pioglitazone, in addition, reduces the level of TNF-а and increases NO final metabolites in the blood, which is not found with metformin administration
