Vilgash A. Diagnostic and therapeutic approach applied to patients who have extra pancreatitis complications of the acute pancreatitis.

It was estimated the results of treatment of 170 patients who have the verified diagnosis of AP. It was retrospectively estimated the results of the surgical treatment of 48 patients who have ANIP and were treated at the hospital since 2005 till 2007. It is defined the certain directions as for viscera protection during the process of the patients treatment who have ANP and which directions were applied during the process of the surgical treatment of the 28 patients since 2008 till 2010 who are a part of the main group. These directions are the application of the puncture drainage miniinvasive surgical operations through the skin under the ultrasonic control, the local medicamental protection of the viscera and the provision with that kind of the surgical drainaging of the focus which can guarantee the minimal contact of the tampons and drainages with the hollow organs. The application of the developed step by step algorithm made possible to reduce the quantity of the complications such as bleeding from 16,6 % to 4,0 %, intestinal fistulas from 14,6 % to 8,0 % and mortality from 16,6 % to 4,0 %.
