Pikalov S. Civil action as a component of democratic transformation of political system.

The objects are the functioning of civil society as the basis of political democracy's development. The aim is the comprehensive analysis of civil action as an element of a democratic transformation of the political system. The methods are the systematic approach, structural-functional, institutional, comparative. Dissertation is devoted the role and place studying civil actions in processes to democratisation of political system, main directions of formation of civil action, involving of citizens in political participation, motivation civil actions by political interests are opened. Purposes and problems of civil action were definite whithin conditions of social-economic system and cultural-spiritual sphere of a society transformation. The degree of influence of actions of the civil acting on democratic transformation is considered. The special attention is payed to the communication facilities of influence in the conditions of the use of civil action in contemporary Ukraine. The typologies of civil action on the basis of their actual display are grounded, attention payed to the stages of development of successful civil action with political aims. Application spheres are the protection of national independence and the training courses.
