Guljaev O. The spin-operations in modern political process.

The objects are the technology of information influence in the modern political process. The aim is to study the characteristics of the organization and carrying out special information operations in the media (spin-operations) in the context of the modern political process. The methods are systematic, comparative, classification and typology, modeling. In work it is offered to consider spin-operations as set of actions which are connected with the decision of the certain tasks, concerning informings, belief or motivations of changes of behaviour in accurate enough and big auditorium. Spin-operations are carried out with non-commercial objectives for the separate person, group, a society as a whole, usually within the limits of taken away time, by means of the organised information work. It includes mass медіа and is often supplemented with interpersonal support. It is established that political spin-operations can be are presented on base (news spin-operations) and auxiliary (spin-operations of propaganda and image) levels. It is shown that the technology of the organisation and carrying out of political spin-operations concerns only sphere of mass media, is neutral valuably technics of information influence on audience. Application spheres are the spin-doctor's activity and the training courses.
