Chekhlov M. Abdominal cavity adhesions treatment and prophylaxy (experimental- clinical investigation)

"Adept", "Intercoat" as well as the mixture of licensed medicines (polyglukin, prednisolon, sandostatin, lidase and novocain) comparative prophylactic efficacy was shown in the experimental conditions and their prophylactic effects were obtained. In clinical conditions it was established the efficiency of adhesive disease of the abdominal cavity prophylactic and treatment methods through the mixture of licensed medicines (polyglukin, prednisolon, sandostatin, lidase and novocain) intraperitoneal administration in a combination with laparoscopic adhesiolysis. Blood plasma hyaluronic acid and connected oxyproline level changes were determined in patients with adhesive disease of the abdominal cavity as the markers of collagen synthesis and degradation. Comparison of adhesive disease of the abdominal cavity degree with blood plasma hyaluronic acid and connected oxyproline levels in blood was tracked. The effective method of adhesions prevention and treatment was developed.
