Mаlaschuk O. The Economy-Spatial Principles of Land-Use Rationalization

The dissertation is dedicated to the questions of improving the methods of economy-spatial principles in relation to the rational use of the landed resources and generalization on their basis of the methodology of the land-tenure management taking into account the regional features risks. This work contains the grounds of the determination methods of the land-use risks and the methodological aspects of the estimation of the risk of natural anthropogenic pollution; the complex natural and economic estimation of the modern state of the territory with the selection of the areas of critical ecological situations district of the region. The spatial model of a land-use rationalization is elaborated, which gives an opportunity to estimate the ecological risks of the land-use, and also to ground the necessity of introduction of the administrative decisions concerning the improvement of the ecological situation of the territory. In our work we developed the methodical approaches to the formation of the administrative relations in the industry of the landed resources use and protection by preventing and reducing the land-tenures risks, on the basis of which the coordination of work of all the links of the system of influence on the risks and control of the indicated processes must be carried out.
