Bovsunivska I. The specific features of communal property development under the transition to the market economy.

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the theoretical and practical issues of the communal property development in the conditions of the transition to the market economy. The author explores the inquires existing theoretical approaches to the explanation of the notion "property". She defines the social and economic nature of the communal property, analyzes its correlation with the other patterns of ownership, reveals and provides its chief subjects and objects. Having researched the experience of the development of the communal property in some foreign countries the author defines the basic directions of the improvement of use of the given pattern of ownership in Ukraine.
