Solodilov A. Substantiation of rehabilitation measures at a pneumoconiosis for coal miners

Object - influence of risk factors on the development of pneumoconiosis of coal mines' miners in the modern conditions. Purpose - substantiation of effectiveness increase of complex rehabilitation of miners with pneumoconiosis on the basis of analysis of respiratory system clinical-functional disorders, immunobiochemical indices and risk factors. Methods - hygienic, clinical-functional, roentgenological, biochemical, immunological, statistical ones. Results - methodical recommendations with new approaches to rehabilitation of miners with pneumoconiosis are developed. Novelty - complex rehabilitation of miners with pneumoconiosis on the basis of analysis of respiratory system clinical-functional disorders, immunobiochemical indices and risk factors in the modern conditions which includes course of hyperbaric oxygenation with preliminary introduction of alpha-lipoic acid is worked out, its effectiveness is proved. Results of investigation are introduced into practice of treatment-and-prophylactic establishments and into educational process of institutes of higher education.
