Omelchenko N. Constitutional and legal foundations of the legislative function of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The dissertation investigates the constitutional and legal foundations of the legislative function of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, to determine its place in the functions of the Parliament of Ukraine. Genesis of becoming of legislative function is analysed in research. Plenary powers of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are selected in realization of legislative function and the basic constituents of maintenance of legislative function of parliament of Ukraine are analysed. A research result are conclusions and suggestions in relation to making alteration and additions in a constitutional legislation in relation to perfection of legislative activity of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
