Mosenko Y. Ukrainian public informative policy: organizational and legal aspects of its realization

A complex research of the organizational and legal principles of the realization of Ukrainian public informative policy is conducted in this thesis. Categories which are used in Ukrainian public informative policy were determined and their meanings were examined. The system of the principles of Ukrainian public informative policy was created. The legal pre-conditions and the history of the development of the institute of Ukrainian public informative policy were developed. A complex research of the system of public institutions in the informative sphere was conducted. Those institutions carry out the Ukrainian public informative policy by dividing their powers into the function of forming, realization and control of the realization of Ukrainian public informative policy. The suggestions for the optimizations of the quantitative composition and the functional filling of the public institutions for the increasing of the efficiency of the realization of Ukrainian public informative policy were formed.The basic problems of the governmental regulation in the Ukrainian informative sphere were determined. And the suggestions regarding the solutions for those problems were developed. The question of the administrative responsibility regarding the offence in the Ukrainian informative sphere was analyzed.
