Essay

The dissertation deals with the complex research of the norms of judicial jurisdiction institution in administrative proceeding of Ukraine. Theoretical statements and practical recommendations are formulated taking into account the features of the implementation practice of rules of jurisdiction in rem, territorial jurisdiction, jurisdiction in instance, jurisdiction in personam and collegiate jurisdiction of cases to administrative courts. The concept, significance, classification of administrative cases jurisdiction are investigated. The procedure of claim return and administrative interjurisdictional transfer on the basis of norms of judicial jurisdiction institution is analyzed.
