Kozub T. Peculiarities of pregnancy course and delivery in women under conditions of chronic stress.

The aim of the research was to improve the perinatal results in the women under chronic stress, to study the peculiarities of the pregnancy course and delivery by developing of the algorithm for psychological support and obstertic aid. The course of pregnancy and delivery, state of the newborns were studied in 150 female students with psychoemotional stress compared to the findings of the psycologically adapted women. It has been demonstrated that the verified factors for the risk of psychoemotional stress development are the following: unregistered marriage, absence of husband, no support from the partner or relatives, combination of studies and work, lodging in a hostel, unplanned and undesirable pregnancy. The methods for the management of the pregnant women-students under the chronic stress have been developed and its efficiency compared to the traditional observation methods has been proved.
