Samar A. The role of hyperprolactinemia in pathogenic endocrine infertility and its correction (clinical-experimental research).

The dissertation is devoted to study of questions of the role of hyperprolactinemia (HP) in pathogenic of endocrine infertility and development of a new method of its treatment through an cabergoline and cryopreserved human umbilical cord blood serum. Identified The sizes of the basic parameters of the dimensions in pituitary prolactinomas in patients with tumor hyperprolactinemia according to MRI, hormonal status of patients with the given pathology, the state of the hypothalamo-hypophyseal-ovarian system, features of blood lipid spectrum , menstrual and reproductive function are determined. The purpose of research consists in increasing efficiency of treatment of endocrine infertility of the women, by specification the questions of a pathogenic, on the basis of a clinical-experimental substantiation and development of a new complex method of therapy with application of a cryopreserved human umbilical cord blood serum at patient with HP. The spent experimental researches have shown, that use of a cryopreserved human umbilical cord blood serum considerably activated hormone production in ovaries, less significally - production FSG and LH in an adenohypophysis. The need for a pituitary regulation through sexual hormones considerably has decreased, to that the level HP has decreased. In dissertation to work the investigated pathogenesis bases HP and its role in development of endocrine infertility, are submitted the basic parameters of the hormonal status patient with pathology, infringement of a lipids spectrum of a blood, mass - growing of a parameter and criteria of a transabdominal type of an obesity, by the author the new decision of a scientific problem with development of a complex method of treatment is offered on the basis of application of cabergoline and cryopreserved human umbilical cord blood serum. The therapy of cabergoline in a combination with cryopreserved human umbilical cord blood serum influences metabolic processes, producing authentic drop of the contents atherogenic of fractions of lipids it is more effective and long-term normalizes laboratory parameters of a level of prolactin and clinical parameters at patient with endocrine infertility, than at their isolated use. There is a regeneration of a regularity of a menstrual cycle, rhythm ovulation, approach of pregnancy, arrest of a galactorrhea. The new decision of a scientific problem with development of a complex method of treatment HP and endocrine infertility is offered.
