Essay

Dissertation allows specifying and complementing with new data existing techniques of reconstructive-regenerative and aesthetic operations in a face and neck area and also methods of fixing of moved tissues. Result of scientific researches was working of classification of methods of fixing of position of moved tissues at level of various anatomic areas after them reposition at carrying out plastic endoscopic operations on the face. The offered classification has laid down in a basis of a choice of a method of fixing of the mobilized tissues of corundum bioceramic pins at level of various anatomic areas after them reposition. Result of the spent researches was developing, testing and introduction in clinical practice of original surgical tools which provide efficiency of performance plastic endoscopic operations and an original method of performance of subperiostal rejuvenation facelift. The developed technology allows reducing quantity and length of operational cuts, considerably to reduce of traumatical of operative intervention, to reduce number of stages of operative interventions. Use of the developed technologies at aesthetic operations has allowed to lower quantity of postoperative complications in 3 times, to reduce duration of operations in 2 times, to reduce of bad-day in 4 times and to accelerate terms of social rehabilitation of patients in 2,4 times. Reconstructive and regenerative treatment with use of an author's technique has given the possibility of optimal, economically and is high-grade to use the received plastic material, to provide adequate survival rate of moved rags with full absence of trophic infringements, to reduce terms and quantity of operations, to carry out modelling of moved complexes of tissues and to provide long-term preservation of the reached effect, to achieve worthy aesthetic result and to provide high-grade psychological rehabilitation of the patient.
