Skibina S. Households incomes formation under the market reforms conditions

Object of research: process of formation and functioning of system of incomes of households in transformation economy. A research objective: definition of theoretical positions and methodological approaches of the analysis of transformation and functioning of incomes of households in the conditions of market reorganisation of economy of the postsocialist countries and a scientific substantiation of the basic directions of its further reforming. Research methods: istoriko-logic, system-dialectic, comparisons and generalisations, the logical, the statistical and quantitative analysis, the factorial analysis, tabular and graphic. Results, novelty: the inconsistent nature of behaviour of households which combines innovation and conservatism in formation of incomes in transformation economy is opened. Atypical tendencies in structure and the payment organisation in transformation economy in comparison with the developed countries in postcrisis conditions are revealed and substantially characterised. Ordering of factors of demotivation of labour productivity in transformation economy of Ukraine is improved. The characteristic of influence of financial and economic crisis on a condition of cumulative incomes of households transformation societies is improved. Disclosing of features institutional consequences of a crisis state of incomes of households in transformation economy of Ukraine is improved.
