Prypkhan I. Constitutionally-Legal Bases of Public Moral Protection

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of public moral protection legal defense. In this work the content of the "public moral" category in constitutionally-legal science is investigated. The constitutionally-legal mechanism of public moral protection is deeply analyzed. The particularities of state and public control in the sphere of public moral is examined. Features, particularities and mechanisms of juridical responsibility for violations of legislation in the sphere of public moral protection are analyzed. Suggestions as to introduction of changes and additions to the Laws in the sphere of public moral protection are substantiated.
