The objective is to build a variational method of solving problem of eigen values of physical pendulum with a cavity of non-cylindrical form, partially filled by liquid, comparison of the precision of results obtained by considered methods, building solution to the problem of small oscillations of a pendulum with a liquid (Cauchy problem) ; development variational method for solving the problem of eigen values of physical pendulum with a cavity partially filled two-layer fluid.
