The thesis theoretically substantiate and experimentally verifies the model of didactic-methodological competencies of future computer science teachers to use research methods in school education; scientifically grounds the approaches for development and implementation of methodological system of training of future teachers to form research competence of students by using research methods in teaching of computer science; gives further development for the questions on specificity of teaching computer science, teaching methodology and training of future teachers in the information society.
