Khymych I. Singularity of corporate culture enterprises of machine building industry in a transitional economy

The object of the dissertation research is the process of forming senhulyarytyvnosti corporate culture at enterprises of machine building industry. The aim of the dissertation research is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the formation of corporate culture senhulyarytyvnosti enterprises of machine building industry in terms of transformation of the economy. The practical significance of the results of the research is that they need to deepen understanding of corporate culture at enterprises of machine building industry in Ukraine, but also can be used to develop a strategy of foreign policy instruments and strategic international business development programs in the country. This thesis intended to solve problems and achieve the objective used the following methods: History and Economics, systematic approach, analysis and synthesis, structural and genetic analysis and synthesis, structural and comparative, comparison and observation of economic and statistical analysis, formalization, structural and logical modeling expert estimates of economic-mathematical modeling, causal logic.
