Essay

The dissertation had been devoted to improve the treatment results of the patients with the plexus brachialis damages on the base of the surgical treatment algorithm optimization, of the new plastic methods working out of and the improving of some existing of nerve reconstruction, and of the upper limb renevrotisation in the conditions of cicatricial tissue transformation. The algorithm of the patients with plexus brachialis damages investigation is developed as the result of the clinical, laboratory analysis, 157 cases. The surgical tactics and the operative methods that were directed on normalization of upper limb function are defined accordingly.
