The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of recusal (self-recusal) in the administrative jurisdictional proceedings. The administrative-jurisdictional proceedings as a sphere of objectification of recusal (self-recusal) are characterized; the concept and the specific properties of recusal (self-recusal) in the administrative-jurisdictional proceedings and correlation with its procedural analogues are defined, the aim of recusal (self-recusal) is determined and its classification in the administrative-jurisdictional proceedings is made.
