Essay

This work presents the general conclusion and new decision of the actual scientific problem conserning establishment of optimal inductors of mechanisms of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (МSC) osteogenic differentiation in vitro. The results of this study indicate the reasonability of osteogenic induction method which includes MSC cultivation with commited cells (periosteum-derived cells) at biomaterial "Оsteomatrix". It makes possible to maintain proliferative activity of cells after osteogenic induction in vitro and penetrate the cells to the 3D-scaffold.
