Tkachuk О. Intensive care of brain metabolic disorders in acute blood loss

The thesis is dedicated to the improvement of treatment results of patients with acute blood loss, complicated with cerebral insufficiency and consciousness disorders in perioperative period due to intensive care improvement based on comprehensive assessment of body oxygen balance, blood ionic composition alterations, metabolic processes and brain oxygen regimen. The presented clinical data is based on the analysis of results of investigation and treatment of 63 patients with acute blood loss. In order to improve the treatment results of patients with acute blood loss complicated with cerebral insufficiency and consciousness disorders in perioperative period, the treatment algorithm was developed based the results of assessment of brain oxygen and ionic regimen. A method for evaluation of effectiveness and prognosis of treatment of patients with acute blood loss was developed.
