The author presents data that depending on quantity lactobacilles which form in physiological conditions microbiocenose vaginas of women, 3 variants of a condition vaginal ecosystem (normobiocenose, a borderline and dysbiose without clinical aspects are possible) which answer action of hormonal contraceptives the same, but with various degree of expressiveness.
