Scientific work is devoted increase of a forecasting effectiveness of reproductive losses and perinatal pathology at women with barreness in the anamnesis with use clinical, genetic, doplerometrical, endocrinological, microbiological methods of researches and working out of the most effective prognostical criteria. It is established communication between clinical, genetic, ephografical, endocrinological and microbiological changes in genesise developments of reproductive losses and perinatal pathologies at women with barreness in the anamnesis. Absence of divergences in a clinical current of pregnancy, sorts, perinatal outcomes and a functional condition fetoplacental complex at women with barreness in the anamnesis depending on use of auxiliary reproductive technologies is shown. The estimation of the informative importance of additional methods of researches is given: genetic, ephografical, endocrinological and microbiological in respect of forecasting of reproductive losses and perinatal pathologies at women with barreness in the anamnesis. The technique of forecasting of reproductive losses, perinatal pathologies and algorithm of actions of the doctor on прегравидарном a stage and during pregnancy at women with barreness in the anamnesis is developed and introduced.
