Essay

This dissertation is dedicated to the questions connected with legal status of a victim in a procedure of an administrative offence. Historiography of research of the victim's problems in the correspondent procedure has been analyzed by the author, procedure of the administrative offence as a sphere of victim's objectification from administrative offence has been characterized, contents of the victim's participation in the mentioned procedure has been defined. The essence of legal status of a victim from administrative offence, his place and role in the system of the subjects of the procedure of administrative offence have been revealed.
