Mostovoi O. The Administrative-legal and organizational principles for the realisation of appeals of citizens to the executive authorities of Ukraine

The dissertation contains the complex analysis, generalizations, recommendations and suggestions according to the decision of the theoretical and practical questions related to administrative, legal and organizational principles for the realisation of appeals of citizens to the executive authorities of Ukraine. The analysis and generalization of domestic and foreign legislation in relation to the appeals of citizens to the executive authorities is carried out. Such theoretical definitions as: a "legal process", "legal procedure", "administrative process" "administrative realizations and procedures", their correlations and main features are analysed. The features of different types of administrative realizations of the appeals of citizens to the executive authorities and their stages are also researched. The special attention is paid to the research of positive experience in relation to consideration of appeals of citizens by some authorities of the executive power, generalization of this experience, making recommendations and suggestions in accordance to the improvement of separate legal norms of legislation of Ukraine about the appeal of citizens.
