Нестеренко Н. Administrative-legal base of the State ecological function realization

The dissertation is devoted to the complex theoretical-applied research of administrative-legal base of realization the ecological function in the state. In this work actual questions of essence and content of ecological function concept and definition of its main elements are examined. Proceed from analysis of the national legislation the ways of the state policy in the research sphere are determined and the international experience is studied with the purpose of determination the possibility its using in Ukraine. One of the main directions in the work is the necessity scientific research of the body competence which secure ecological safety as a part of ecological function. It was examined tasks and functions of the domestic affair bodies in sphere of the ecological safety ensuring and law and order. In dissertation it is analyzed the correlation of notion 'ecological safety', 'ecological law and order' as a part of the state ecological function. It was investigated the administrative - legal means of law-breaking prevention in the sphere of ecology and reasons of their perpetration. It was defined the main directions in legislation and legal practice in sphere of ecological function ensuring in the State.
