Gorshkov E. Methodological basis of the use of electronic medical passport data for monitoring risk factors.

The research is devoted to the current issues solving of registration and use of information for identifying and monitoring risk factors. The principles of classification and identification of dynamic risk factors, principles of risk identification procedures formation for displaying the patient's health and fixing it in the dual system of health information (primarily in the medical electronic passport of Ukraine) were developed in the thesis. Based on the systemic positions the risks are considered as a methodological basis of health in the medical electronic passport. The information technology of risk factors to reflect the patient's health and objectives for health insurance was developed. An information model of risk factors that allows to identify hazards and risk management was created. The system of differential approach to public health insurance as for the risks of disease and occurrence of complications during their treatment was developed. The conducted redesign of information flows that arise between the subjects of health insurance was reflected in the specialized software that allows you to observe appeals effectively and to process information, and improve staff productivity, obtain valid and relevant information on the appeals of insureds.
