Essay

The disertation is devoted to research transient layers on thin films of Mo, Ti, Cr on ellipsometric parameters of reflected light waves. In the work, on the basis a three-layer model, the optical constants of thin films of Mo, Ti, and Cr were obtained, their independence of film thickness were determined. All thicknesses and makeup of films also were determined. A new method for calculation of refractive index dispersion and thicknesses of solar cells thin surface layers is developed. A bilayer sensor on the basis of thin Mo-Au films for low-concentration molecular contaminants with thickness about 0.5 nm is proposed.
