Ivanova T. Ground of managing systemic quality evaluation of healthcare delivery for children in multi-field hospital

Thesis for the Candidate of Medical Science Degree in specialty 14.03.11 - Medical and Biological Informatics and Cybernetics. The research is devoted to theoretical background and improving effi-ciency of medical carefor children based on applying information technologies in healthcare quality evaluation management system due to classification of indices and determined indicators of quality of healthcare delivery for children within multifield hospital, methods of questioning patients on the basis of providing information validity and development of systemic functional to evaluate healthcare quality. Methodology of questioning of patients is worked out on the basis of providinginformation and to development of system functional for the evaluation of quality of medicalcare. There was determined role of distance education and telemedical consultation for training in case-technology specialists within continuous professional development of doctors and pharmacists.
