Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of providing transformation processes at an enterprise. The essence of transformation processes has been studied and their basic types and constituents have been distinguished. The possibilities and directions of the organizational provision of the enterprise management system in the condi-tions of its transformation have been determined. The role and place of organizational stability potential in the system of transformation process control at an enterprise and also the reserves of its formation, use and accumulation have been defined. The necessity of providing a through management by resource flows and reserves (foremost, recrematic ones) of enterprise in the conditions of its transformations has been shown. The directions and procedures of transformations management at an enterprise have been defined and the formation of transformation process control system has been suggested. This system has been determined as being integrated in the general system of enterprise management. The models of transformation of enterprise have been suggested and the sequence of their justification and choice with the use of the formed sequence of transformation processes stages at an enterprise have been defined. The basic tasks and di-rections of the informative provision of transformations at an enterprise on the base of forming the transformation processes informative provision system and its model de-velopment have been defined. The sequence of the elaboration and realization stages of the Program of enterprise strategic transformation on the basis of justifying the necessity of transformation and determining its target direction as a complex of associate tasks has been suggested.
