Object of research: process of providing of economic security of the state by facilities of monetary accommodation. Purpose of research: theoretical ground of the conceptual going near a monetary accommodation, sent to the increase of efficiency of providing of economic security of the state in the conditions of open economy. Methods of research: dialectical method of scientific cognition, structural and logical and system methods, methods of abstraction and deduction, methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison and groupment, method of analogies. Results: conception of providing of economic security of the state is worked out by facilities of monetary accommodation in the conditions of open economy; the methodological going is certain near providing of economic security of the state; the row of economic categories and concepts is specified; classification of facilities of monetary accommodation is complemented due to penetration of fiscal and other facilities in the system of money-and-credit mechanism; the mechanism of potential action of money-and-credit regulators of economic strength of the state security is certain; the signs of threats of economic security of the state are educed; the terms of realization of the worked out conception are certain in Ukraine; the fundamental elements of forming of the system of money-and-credit safety of Ukraine and policy of application of the mode of таргетирования of inflation are certain in the system of providing of economic security of the state. Novelty: First: conception of providing of safety of the state is worked out by facilities of monetary accommodation in the conditions of open economy; methodology of providing of economic security of the state is worked out on the basis of the between disciplinary going near opening of essence of the economic phenomena and political economy ground of intercommunication between them.
