Object of research: process of motion of informative streams, circulatory within the framework of informatively-economic exchange as constituent of economic relations. Purpose of research: determination of theoretical and metodological bases of motion of informative streams on the basis of analysis of informatively-economic exchange in a political economy aspect. Methods of research: system and historical approaches; abstractly-logical and graphic methods; analysis of the systems. Results: categories are worked out "informative stream" and "informatively-economic exchange"; conception of economic relations of recurrence and co-ordination of motions of informative streams is worked out; the subjects of informatively-economic exchange and directions of motion of informative streams are classified; the features of motion of informative streams are certain on the stages of informative cycle; the functional role of the state is certain in the redistribution of informative streams; the criteria of efficiency of informatively-economic exchange and tendency of motion of informative streams are worked out in international economic space; the problems of integration of Ukraine are certain in international informative society and measures are reasonable on their overcoming; the simulation model of motion of informative streams is worked out on the different stages of economic relations. Novelty: First: conception of economic relations of recurrence and co-ordination of motion of informative streams is worked out from forming of arrays of data to fading of information's impulses; the simulation model of motion of informative streams is built on the different stages of economic relations. Improved: methodology of research of productive relations, arising up between the participants of informatively-economic exchange in the conditions of ideal and real market structures.
