Essay

Object of research: management processes by liquidity of bank. Purpose of research: development of complex of management mechanisms by liquidity of bank on the basis of marketing-management, that provides the increase of efficiency of acceptance of administrative decisions at adjusting of pay position of bank. Methods of research: methods of scientific abstractions, historical similarities, theoretical generalisation, system approach, logical analysis and synthesis, system dynamics and scenario approach, formalisation method, information systems design and decision support systems theory.Results: the analysis of modern problems of providing of liquidity of banks is conducted in the conditions of economy of Ukraine; maintenance of category of marketing-management is specified in a bank; principles of introduction of mechanisms of marketing-management are formulated in activity of bank; an analysis and systematization of going are conducted near organization of the system of marketing-management in a bank; conception of synthesis of mechanisms of marketing-management is worked out in a management by liquidity of bank; the mechanism of estimation of dynamics of pay position of bank is improved; the mechanism of management of the unbalanced liquidity of bank is worked out; the mechanism of acceptance of business-decisions is worked out in bank marketing-management; realization of complex of mechanisms of marketing-management is conducted in a management by liquidity of bank; the structure of the system of informative support of management processes is offered by liquidity of bank on the basis of mechanisms of marketing-management; the estimation of efficiency of introduction of complex of mechanisms of marketing-management is conducted in a management by liquidity of bank; basic directions of intellectualisation of decisions are certain in a client-oriented management by a bank. Novelty: it is first worked out : conception of synthesis of mechanisms of маркетинг-менеджмента in a management by liquidity of bank; a mechanism of acceptance of business-decisions is in bank marketing-management; improved: mechanism of estimation of dynamics of pay position of bank; system of informative support of management processes by liquidity of bank; got further development: determination of category of маркетинг-менеджмента in a bank as part of the system of bank management; mechanism of management of the unbalanced liquidity of bank.
