Essay

The thesis presents theoretical summary and the new solution of scientific and practical problem - to improve efficacy of deficiency anaemia treatment and prevention in children with celiac disease based on investigation of mechanisms of anaemia's formation. The new data suggesting the presence of association between carrier state of the allele DQА1*0501 and increased odds for celiac disease development were obtained as a result of immunogenetic typing of alleles of the gene HLA-DQA1.Predictors for anaemia development in children with celiac disease were identified. It was found that in children with celiac disease anaemia developed on the base of abnormal ferrokinetic values that indicated its iron deficiency nature. It was proved that treatment of iron deficiency anaemia in children with celiac disease for 3 months with Ranferon-12 and enteral formula - Klinutren was more effective than therapy with Ranferon-12 alone, based on more significant positive dynamics of haemoglobin and ferritin values.
