Golovko V. Administrative and legal providing of defense of social and economic rights for the participants of travelling motion in Ukraine

The dissertation deals with theoretical and practical problems of defending social and economic rights of traffic participants in Ukraine. The system of subjects of administrative and legal defense of traffic participants rights is defined, the characteristic of their activity is determined, the recommendations for improving the effectiveness of their functioning. The systematic analysis of administrative and legal regulation of mentioned rights defense is made. Administrative and legal means, administrative and legal guarantees, forms and measures of the defense of citizens rights as the participants of the traffic are defined. The practice of traffic participants rights defense in Ukraine is analyzed and due to it the propositions and recommendations are carried out for their improving.
