Pazynich S. Administrative law qualification of malefactions connected with neglect of regulatory requirements of power entities

Dissertation is the first complex monographic research of administrative law qualification of malefactions connected with neglect of regulatory requirements of power entities in national administrative law science. Corrent state of legislative regulations of administrative responsibility for malefactions connected with neglect of regulatory requirements of power entities is analyzed and summarized. Practice of administrative law qualification of this category of malefactions is considered. Author's definition of administrative law qualification at the stages of introduction in cases on administrative law malefactions is given. Peculiarities of such qualification are described; meaning of 'power entity' concept is disclosed for the purposes of subject area being considered.
