Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improving treatment of patients with bleeding in the Mallory-Weiss syndrome by developing new and improved methods of miniinvasive endosurgery interventions and improving diagnostic and therapeutic management. Endoscopic classification of mucous breaks localization against to the esophagogastric junction in accordance with vascular areas of this region was developed. The high efficacy of endoscopic injection therapy for to stop bleeding was established, but a high incidence of recurrent bleeding and highly effective and equal to stop continuous bleeding electrosurgical methods. Based on our research identified the optimal amount of diagnostic and treatment tactics at Mallory-Weiss syndrome, using of which has improved the results of treatment by reducing the number of diagnostic errors, the frequency of bleeding recurrences, treatment duration and avoidance of surgical interventions.
