Essay

The dissertation is based on the data of complex observation and surgical treatment of 72 patients. The reasons of unsatisfactory results in comparison group at which it was applied tissue expansion were studied. The optimum mode of tissue expansion is developed at use tissue expansion on extremities different segments. On the basis of the analysis and an estimation of the existing and developed methods of closing of superficial defects of the extremity of an ending are offered algorithm of surgical patients treatment depending on localization of defect and structure of the loss tissues. Offered tactics and operative receptions have allowed to improve good results from 6.25 to 66.7%.
