The object of research: processes of formation, accumulation, distribution, redistribution and repayment of ecological debt by debt subjects. Aim: improvement of the theoretical concepts and development of scientific and methodical approach to ecological and economic evaluation,forecasting andmanagement of ecological debt, taking into account its dynamic nature and based on the principles of sustainable development of complex socio-ecological-economic systems. Research methods and techniques: systematical and structural analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis and grouping, factor analysis, statistical analysis, economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical, scientific and methodological provisions, findings and recommendations brought to the level of methodical materials and suggestions that can be applied in the development of socio-economic development and let to optimize management decisions in the sphere of nature management and the environment protection, taking into account environmental factors debt . Novelty: first developed scientific and methodical approach to economic valuation of ecological debt, based on the unpaid negative externalities accounting from environmental disturbances and the use of natural resources, which are defined in the environmental product prices. Level of implementation: the main scientific and methodical aspects and the practical results of the study are introduced.
