Object: processes of anticrisis management on a machine-building enterprise and providing of his stable development. Purpose: perfection of the system of anticrisis management on the basis of generuting and selection of the most effective measures of sanacii and restructuring of machine-building enterprises, improvement of methods of diagnostics of crises on the basis of the anticrisis monitoring. Research methods and apparatus: comparative and statistical analyses ; method of logical generalization; methods cross-correlation regressive analysis and methods ekonomic -matematic designs; methods of expert estimations; graphic method. Novelty:create complex system of the anticrisis monitoring on the basis of the use of trigonometric functions, which unlike existing, plugs in itself the most meaningful indexes and allows in the mathematically grounded intervals and in anticrisis terms to interpret the economic results of activity of machine-building enterprise.
