The thesis is an accomplished scientific work in which the research consultancy contract for the civil legislation of Ukraine. The thesis is examined in detail the evolution of the formation and development consulting relationship, analyzed development consulting in the U.S., EU, Russia and Ukraine. It is proved that the mechanism of regulation mediated relations consulting contract consultancy, which is the subject of consulting services. This thesis focuses on the concept of contract consulting. Defines the legal nature of the contract consulting and its role in the system contracts. Are determined sides examined the contract, their rights and responsibilities in liabilities arising from a contract consulting, and responsibility under the contract. Considerable attention is paid to the peculiarities of the proper performance of contract consulting. According to the results of the research made theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations for improving the current civil legislation and practice regarding consulting contracts
