The thesis is dedicated to research of features of the legal adjusting of terms in contracts on the transfer of property in temporal using in the civil law of Ukraine. The expression, the concept, functions, tasks and characteristic signs of terms in contracts on the transfer of property in temporal using are determined in the work. One of the main objects of the thesis are also legal nature and features of the legislative fixing of terms in this group of contracts. New classifications of terms in a civil law and the order of their calculation are generalized. The terms of realization of civil laws and implementation of duties of each parties of the contract of lease are characterized in the work. A legal analysis and comparison of the legislative adjusting of terms is conducted in the separate types of contracts on the transfer of property in temporal using, in particular to the rental, lease of state and communal property, leasing, loan, and others like that.
