Plenyuk M. Civil law regulation of terms in fulfillment of works contracts

The dissertation is devoted to the complex theoretical analyses of civil law regulation of terms in fulfillment of works contracts. In the dissertation was given general characteristic of terms in turnkey contracts, conditions to terms of fulfillment of contractor one's main contractual obligations, conditions to terms and order of putting-intake to customer the results of fulfilling works by contractor for the turnkey contract, also concerning timely payment of customer the fulfilled works. With consideration provisions of Civil and Economic Codes of Ukraine 2003, opinions are given in juridical literature, and some materials of court's practice, it is found out concepts and legal results of expiration fulfillment by parties' contractual agreement obligations. It is defined concept and forms of responsibility of parties by turnkey contracts, especially for expiration fulfillment by them contractual obligations
