The dissertation is devoted of complex theoretical and practical investigation of contractual relationship on carrying out of project and exploration works. This research covers genesis of legal regulation of commitment on contractor's agreement on carrying out of project and exploration works in Ukraine. The notions are analyzed, sphere of application and legal nature of this agreement is considered, specialties of its subject formation and order of composition are researched. Circle of important contractor's agreement conditions on carrying out of project and exploration works is defined.
