Mas N. Psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation of professional competence of the future military psychologists

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the formation of professional competence of the future military psychologists during training in higher military educational establishment. In research the essence has been specified and the structure of professional competence of the future military psychologists has been defined, criteria of estimation and indices of levels of competence formation have been revealed. Psychological and pedagogical conditions of the formation of professional competence of the future military psychologists have been determined. The structural and functional model of formation of professional competence оf the future military psychologists and its program of realisation have been developed, its effieciency has been experimentally verifiedd.
