Object of research:process of state development management system insurance fund documentation Ukraine. The purpose:scientific substantiation of the theoretical foundations for improving governance mechanisms Insurance Fund of Ukraine and the documentation of practical measures to prevent emergencies. Methods: systematic approach, unity of the historical and logical, comprehensive, comparative analysis, induction and deduction. Results: development of scientific support to improve governance mechanisms in the prevention of emergency situations. Novelty: designed position and justified means of improving the legal and institutional mechanisms for regional governance (regional) insurance fund documentation. Introduced to the work of the State Department of Insurance Fund of Ukraine and the documentation of the Research, Planning and Design and Technology Institute micrograph. Areas of use: public administration, local government, training and retraining of public servants and officials of the local government.
