Technology of the radially direct extrusion of forget pieces with a spherical cavity and low-sized collar from powder materials. The mathematical model of non-isothermal elastic-viscoplastic flow has that allows estimation of stress-strain state, distribution of temperature fields and density by section of forged piece been developed. The influence of deforming conditions on stress-strain state of forged pieces has been investigated. Technology of receipt of powder of P80X9C2M from polishing wastes has been developed.
